My stay at Kinkara and the retreat was deeply healing and transformative. The peaceful setting and caring team created a safe, nurturing space for growth. The schedule flowed well, balancing ceremonies and rest. I especially appreciated the thoughtful guidance throughout the journey. The closing ceremony was meaningful, though a bit more reflection time would have been nice. Overall, I highly recommend this retreat for anyone seeking spiritual growth and connection.

This was my third journey with 1heart and somehow, each time it gets deeper, richer, and more life-altering.
I can honestly say these have been the most transformative experiences of my life. Each journey has peeled back layers of conditioning, helping me access more of my authentic self, reconnect with my soul’s wisdom, and realign with my true purpose.

Really transformative experience. Would definitely recommend. A major differentiator between other programs is fostering a community. The success of this type of journey is dependent on the individual, and 1heart helps create a welcoming space to encourage participation. Having years of work-workshops and dreading boring talks; the programming here exceeded my expectations and I really enjoyed the interactive nature of the discussions. The accommodations are fairly rustic, if you’re accustomed to hotels this will be a departure from that. Overall I was glad I went and would recommend!

Id describe this trip as life changing. I was not a person focused on a path of spirituality, doing self work, etc but the week I spent in Kinkara with One Heart really was incredible. The people were amazing, the facilities and staff were top notch, and the programming was excellent. Anyone looking to work on themselves or in need of a reset, should attend a OneHeart retreat in Costa Rica!

The journey has brought to light themes and aspects of myself that have been existing under the surface, things that I haven't allowed myself to feel or experience. 1heart provided the best experience for my first time sitting with plant medicine . They provided so much love , comfort and guidance through the whole process . There is so much warmth and joy with 1heart and I’m grateful for every single person that was in in my journey because they played an important role in making this experience so transformational . I love them all. They are my brothers and sisters .
